本机台是专业为实木地板背面而设计的。正常为单滚涂漆双灯UV干燥，涂漆干燥一机完成，如果地板开槽太深，油漆无法涂布时可选用刷漆。

正确使用本机台能使木地板背面油漆封漆80%以上，能有效地防止水份从背面渗透入地板，引起良好的防变形效果，如果配合四边喷漆处理则防潮效果更佳。
