1. The maintenance method
The daily maintenance

Monthly maintenance

2). Check whether the lamp current is normal, the line has no aging. If there is any line aging, notify the maintenance personnel for processing.
3) check whether the fan, motor running normally, motor speed can meet the job requirements.
4). Whether the drive chain and sprocket, if not you need to go.
5). The UV lamp light intensity is also can reach the standard work, lamp whether ageing.
6). Cleaning the dust in the body cavity.
Half a year to maintain
1) check the line of UV light solid machine and switch is normal.
2.) if motor gearbox refueling.
3). Transformer insulation not less than 5 ohms, if not reach, then you must put the transformer dry again.
4). Reflectors with clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol.
5). The transmission shaft, wheel without loose.
6). Net belt firmness.
